The company, Bimbo Bakeries, has announced it is moving its headquarters to Dallas, Texas, to align its U.S. operations with the parent company Grupo Bimbio, which has over 153,000 employees worldwide and 20,000 in the US. The move is part of a strategy to align the company's operations with Grupa Bimo's global office in Mexico and stimulate long-term growth. The company, which also includes Sara Lee, Thomas English Muffins, Boboli, Entenmann's, Arnold, Ball Park Buns and Rolls, Beefsteak, and Lender's Bagels, among others, is moving to the city of Dallas.
