Police are asking for public assistance in locating 13-year-old Abraham Tucco who went missing from his home in Southeast Portland, Oregon, on Tuesday. The boy, who has autism and is nonverbal, was last seen wearing a black jacket, light-colored pants, and riding a silver bicycle.
