Three firefighters from Cobb County, Georgia, who were visiting Indianapolis for the Fire Department Instructors Conference, helped save a shooting victim outside a downtown White Castle restaurant. The incident occurred around 3:09 a.m. and was reported to the police. The firefighters were able to stabilize the victim before EMS could take over.
