Global Constellation Boards Haunting Indonesia-Set Drama ‘Heaven’s Gate’

International sales and financing company Global Constellation has boarded five-episode limited series “Heaven’s Gate” for global sales. The series is set across dual timelines in 1942 and the mid-1990s, following a woman who travels to Indonesia with her teenage daughter, Alex, after inheriting a long-abandoned plantation. The show is the first official Netherlands-Malaysia television co-production. The cast includes Denise Aznam, Anneke Sluiters, Gijs Naber, Bront Palarae, and Abimana Aryasatya. Production is currently underway in Malaysia with delivery scheduled for early 2027.
