Stabbing suspects are seen laughing and smiling on surveillance video after they assaulted, stabbed a male victim in a Maryland mall restroom. The victim was left with non-life-threatening injuries and received medical treatment at a hospital. Police are looking for five unknown Hispanic juvenile males and two unknown black juvenile males. The incident is being called a first-degree assault by Montgomery County Police. A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information leading to the suspects' arrest.
