He claims that the parking office had no record of the car being towed and that security was unable to locate the stolen vehicle. State police confirmed that a detective found his car being driven out 36 hours after it was parked. The second incident occurred on March 7th, when a male party reported his truck was stolen from the Central Parking Garage and later located by police in New Jersey.
