An AI actor just released a music video. It’s raising big questions

A London-based studio has released its debut single and music video featuring an artificial intelligence "actor" named Tilly Norwood. The song, "Take the Lead," was created by Eline van der Velden, the creator of the character and CEO of production company Particle6 and its AI talent studio, Xicoia. The project is part of a broader concept known as the "Tilly-verse," where AI characters interact across entertainment platforms. The production involved 18 human crew members, including an actor who performed the character's movements using performance-capture technology.
