An 18-year-old suspect has been arrested for murder after a man was shot to death in Victorville, California on March 29. The victim, Elias Victor Marcell Brooks, was found with multiple gunshot wounds and died on March 31. The suspect, identified as Michael Christopher Gallardo, turned himself in to the Upland Police Department on April 3 and remains in custody without bail. No details have been released regarding the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
