A new coalition of conservative groups and advocates for stronger online safety and AI laws has launched. The coalition, Alliance for a Better Future, aims to combat tech companies' efforts to give AI companies regulatory and legal amnesty while simultaneously eliminating state protections. The group plans to spend at least eight figures in 2026 on lobbying at the federal and state level and public education campaigns. The launch video focuses on public anxiety over AI, highlighting that 83 percent of Americans are concerned about its direction.
