Pentagon previews next big wave for Iran

The Pentagon has warned that more waves of Iran's capabilities are coming, while the country's strength is increasing. The Joint Chiefs of Staff Chair, Gen. Dan Caine, stated that the U.S. has been using standoff munitions in the campaign so far, including cruise missiles and short-range ballistic missiles, while Iran has continued to launch waves of attacks on US ground assets across the region, killing six American troops in a strike on Kuwait over the weekend. The strikes have significantly weakened Iran's defensive capabilities, enabling the Pentagon to use GPS-aided free-fall weapons and hellfire missiles for overhead bombing. The war has also resulted in a heavy civilian toll of over 870 deaths, mostly in Iran, and over 2,000 drones fired at Israel and Gulf states hosting U.
