NAPTE, Realscreen Summit to Shut Down Amid Industry Consolidation

Brunico Communications has announced it is ending its U.S. television events business, NAPTE, and its Kidscreen and Realscreen Summits. The decision was made due to ongoing market consolidation. NapTE returned in 2024 after acquiring the assets of The National Association of Television Program Executives (NOP), which led to NOP's bankruptcy. The closing of these events will leave Claire Macdonald and Jocelyn Christie, the executive director of NOP.
