Exclusive: Chip startup Epic Microsystems raises $21M

The world's largest semiconductor manufacturer, Epic, has raised $21 million in a Series A led by Seligman Ventures. The company is focusing on power density, thermal management and efficiency in its efforts to address the needs of the industry. The funding will be distributed through the company.
