A new poll by the UC Berkeley Institute of Governmental Studies has found that California voters are rejecting former Vice President Kamala Harris as a potential 2028 presidential contender, while Gov. Gavin Newsom is leading with 28% of voters choosing him as their top choice. However, only a quarter of those in the Golden State are concerned about her lack of support.
