‘It’s all hands-on deck’, restaurant manager says ahead of St. Patrick’s Day

Lee Trammell, food and beverage director of Broken Keel and Bootleggers in Savannah, Georgia, has revealed that they are preparing for the anticipated influx of people on St. Patrick's Day. The restaurant is bringing in additional staff and additional security, including off-duty police officers from the nearby River Street Inn. Trammel said they begin preparing months in advance and begin working long hours to prepare for the influx of guests. They also plan to open a breakfast spot during the parade.
