Former MHHS football coach, teacher honored on Springfield TV station for military service

Former Mountain Home High School football coach and teacher, Perry Brantly, was honored on a Springfield television station for his military service. He was part of a commercial for the Chevy Dealers of the Ozarks receiving a $500 check. During his tenure at the school, Brantly taught American history, world history and geography, and coached football. He also served as head coach in 1989 and 1990. He is donating the check to his church, where the money will be used to buy bibles for their program.
