Donald Trump's popularity has been on a downward spiral for the past year, particularly since he decided to go to war against Iran. The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research and Reuters/Ipsos have released polls showing Trump's approval at just 33 percent and 36 percent respectively. A CNN poll found only 31 percent of Americans approved of Trump's job performance, marking the lowest number across his career in politics. The Pew Research Center had Trump’s approval at 37 percent in January, and Gallup reported it at 36 percent in December.
