Taylor Frankie Paul's ex-husband, Tate Paul, told police that his ex-wife, Liann May, was allegedly coaching her daughter, Indy, following Taylor's 2023 domestic violence arrest. Tate alleged that Liann was coaching his daughter, and asked the police to contact him rather than Taylor's mom regarding the investigation. He also claimed that Indy had a small injury to her head during Taylor's fight with then-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen during the incident, which he described as a "goose egg" but did not appear to have been caused by the injury. The incident occurred three years ago but was re-evaluated when TMZ released a video of the fight online showing a seemingly drunk Taylor and her then-girlfriend fighting inside her Utah home. Following her arrest, Taylor pleaded guilty to one felony count of aggravated assault and was sentenced to three years probation.
