The Texas Department of Transportation is working to install retroreflective backplates on traffic signals throughout Wichita Falls until the end of March. The work will begin at the Kemp Boulevard and Parker Square intersection on Monday, March 16 and 17, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with stop signs placed to direct traffic and the signal turned off. Other locations will also be affected by the retroplacement. Motorists are advised to use caution and to expect delays in their commute.
