An MTA bus driver was assaulted after a minor car accident in Yonkers, Westchester County, on Saturday night. The incident occurred near the border of New York City and Eastchester County. The bus driver is still in the hospital with injuries including two brain bleeds, a concussion, neck and back and shoulder injuries. The TWU President of Local 100, John Chiarello, believes the suspect should be charged with attempted murder when he is found.
