Crafted bites pair with tropical tipples at new Tiki Oasis dinner event

The Hotel Valley Ho Supper Club in Scottsdale, Arizona, is offering a new exclusive dining experience for the annual Arizona Tiki Oasis event. The event will be part cocktail reception, part cooking and mixology demo, and includes a three-course dinner with expert Jason Asher of Juniper and Jigger Hospitality Co. The aim of the event is to give attendees a more immersive, educational, and exclusive dining option for their first evening. The menu includes a double-cut prime rib-style ribeye with Asian flavors and a Hawaiian Ahi tuna poke. Asher's expertise in the mixology and beverage side of Tiki is also noted.
