Man in custody after shooting into woman's car in Osceola County, sheriff's office says

An Osceola man has been arrested for allegedly shooting into a woman's car during a domestic dispute. The Osceada County Sheriff's Office was called to the scene Friday night but the man ran away and evaded them again. After being surrounded by law enforcement, he surrendered without incident.
