The wildfires in South Georgia have destroyed hundreds of businesses and left thousands of people homeless. The Highway 82 fire has burned more than 20,000 acres and officials have described it as an "unprecedented" situation for Georgia. Despite the rain, fire teams hope to continue working on containing the fire without causing any harm. The fire's behavior is likened to a wildfire from California.
