Teel staying upbeat in clubhouse after injury in Classic

Italian baseball player Kyle Teel has been sidelined for four to six weeks following a hamstring injury sustained during Italy's 8-6 victory over Team USA. General Manager Chris Getz stated that Teel will be out of action for a period of approximately three weeks. Teel, who homered off Nolan McLean for the first run of the game, explained the injury after a sixth-inning double and said he felt it tightened up immediately. He plans to continue his recovery and is optimistic about coming back stronger than he was before.
