Krysten Sinema, former U.S. Senator for Arizona, has admitted to an affair with married Moore County man, Matthew Amnown, while seeking to dismiss a lawsuit from his ex-wife, Heather Amnown. The lawsuit, filed in Moore County court and moved to the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, seeks at least $75,000 in damages. However, since the affair did not take place in North Carolina and the state's "alienation of affection" law does not apply, Sineman's attorneys argue that the lawsuit should be dismissed.
