Livermore: Man charged with telling middle schoolers he would bathe and sexually abuse them

Randy Madrigal, a 52-year-old man from Livermore, has been charged with five misdemeanor counts of annoying or molesting a minor. He allegedly approached five girls at East Ave Middle School and made lewd comments about what he would do to them, using racial slurs and telling them he would "give you a shower" and sexually abuse them. The girls ran for help from a teacher, who alerted authorities. Madigal was located a short distance from the school and denied making sexualized comments to the children. He has pleaded not guilty and remains in jail.
