A man and his girlfriend were arrested when their car was stopped on Old Mill Road, New Jersey, on Feb. 17. The suspect is charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession with intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The pair were also issued multiple traffic summonses.
