New allegations have surfaced in the case involving a student from The Alexander Dawson School at Rainbow Mountain, who alleges he was sexually assaulted by several classmates during a school trip to Costa Rica. The lawsuit alleges that for years, the four teens suspected to have taken part in the alleged assault had been known as the school bullies. Two of the teens, Vaughn Griffith and Dominic Kim, are currently facing charges as adults for possession of a visual presentation depicting sexual conduct of a child. Las Vegas Criminal Defense Attorney Nicholas Wooldridge discusses the potential conflict between the two charges and the case. The allegations also allege that numerous parents disenrolled their children from the school after their children were allegedly bullied by the same group.
