A shooting at a Salem, Oregon, park has been sought for help in finding two persons of interest. The incident occurred between 6 and 7:30 p.m. on February 17 and is believed to have targeted two juvenile victims. One of the victims was shot in the arm after being confronted by police. No suspects were in the area when police arrived.
