Alonys Reyes-Garcia, a Charlotte-Douglas airport contractor, is accused of stealing $5K worth of jewelry from a traveler's suitcase and attempting to sell it on Facebook Marketplace. The jewelry was valued at about $5,000. Reyes-Graves was identified as Reyes-Glenn, who worked at the airport for a contracting company with access to travelers' luggage. Police traced Reyes' home address through his employer and attempted to buy the jewelry from him. They found a social media account listing every piece of jewelry taken from the stolen suitcase and eventually arrested Reyes on charges of felony larceny and possession of stolen goods.
