Over 13,000 homes and businesses in Central Virginia are without power following severe weather conditions on Monday evening. The storms brought heavy rain and high-speed winds to the area, causing many to lose power. As of Wednesday morning, over 24,000 customers were without power, including over 13,500 in the following areas. The outage is estimated to be the largest in the world.
