Leaston James has no intention to be part of an ownership group for an NBA expansion franchise in Las Vegas, stating he only wants the team in the city. This decision comes ahead of a board of governors meeting to approve the bidding process for the franchises. The report suggests that industry executives are expecting proposals in the $7-10 billion range for each new franchise.
