Laredo woman faces kidnapping, injury to child charges

A woman, Katie Navarro, has been charged with kidnapping and injury to a child in relation to a December incident in Laredo, Texas. The charges stem from an incident where she allegedly demanded to see her son, despite no longer having custodial rights. Police found enough evidence to arrest Navarro. The arrest warrants will be served on March 27, 2025.
