Swedish company Pophouse Entertainment has acquired Tina Turner's name, image, likeness and most music catalog rights from music company BMG. The acquisition, which was announced by Pophhouse CEO Jessica Koravos, is part of the company's plans to consolidate Turner's legacy. The financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Koravo did not confirm if a digital avatar was planned for Pophouses. The deal was part of discussions after Turner's death. In 2024, hard rock band Kiss sold their catalog, brand name and intellectual property to Pophough for over $300 million.
