The images were reportedly created outside of school hours and away from school grounds. The student is no longer attending classes at Montgomery High School due to his alleged criminal decision. The school district has stated that it is cooperating with law enforcement and offering counseling for any students affected by the incident. The "Take it Down Act" was introduced last year after a similar incident led to similar abuse.
