Maacama Ridge Blaze Still Burning But Contained: Cal Fire

The 5-acre vegetation fire has been contained at 20 percent, with 5 acres affected. The fire started slowly but spread to 5 acres by 5pm, prompting the intervention of a helicopter, hand crew, and two additional fire engines. The incident occurred in the 5800 block of Maacama Ridge Road in Geyserville.
