Bartender for Mac is good again, and my menu bar is very thankful

After months of frustration with bugs in Bartender for Mac due to changes made to the menu bar’s structure in macOS Tahoe, the developers behind the app seem to have successfully resolved issues, including persistent cursor hijacking and ghost clicks across the interface, performance issues, and a constant reindexing of hidden and visible icons. The developer Applause, who initially gave up on Bartender, released Bartender version 6.4.1 with a new setting called Layout Mode, allowing users to choose between On-Demand and Live mode. After publishing this article, Applause contacted me and informed me that they had finally tracked down what was causing the cursor issues that made me abandon Bartender. However, two weeks ago, I installed the latest version of Bartender (6.2) and found it worked.
