Fulton County man arrested on sexual assault charge involving minor

A 23-year-old man from Salem, Georgia, has been arrested on a sexual assault charge involving a minor. The victim, who was reportedly 14-years-old at the time, claims the sex was consensual. David Christopher Sisk also has an open case in Baxter County from an incident following a Halloween party. Sisk was found asleep on the couch by a police officer and has been charged with fourth degree sexual assault. He is free after posting $5,000 bond.
