Nebraska Supreme Court suspends Omaha attorney over AI use

The Nebraska Supreme Court has suspended Omaha attorney Greg Lake from practicing law for a period due to allegations of using AI to write a legal document that had numerous errors, including 57 out of 63 references in the legal document. The chief justice of the Supreme Court issued a one-page document stating that Lake will not be allowed to practice law again. The suspension is temporary and will undergo a full investigation and disciplinary hearing.
