Bourbon Street terror attack memorial proposal heads to governor

A proposal for a permanent memorial to the victims of the 2025 Bourbon Street terror attack is being considered by the governor. The proposal involves local artists using natural elements to create a space for reflection and healing. The idea also includes an anniversary installation of the Second Level on the street.
