Former Cardinals quarterback, Kyler Murray, has agreed to a one-year contract with Minnesota. This comes after Arizona decided to release him at the start of the new league year. The Cardinals still owe Murray $36.8 million, so Minnesota will pay him the veteran league minimum. Despite a successful seven-year career with the Cardinals, Murray's health has been inconsistent. He finished his career with 20,460 yards, 121 touchdowns and 60 interceptions in 87 starts. His decision to retire from football led MLB's Athletics to suggest a return to baseball.
