A vehicle was found parked illegally in a disabled parking space without a disability placard and was found with loose, raw marijuana in it. The owner was also cited for possession of a controlled substance/drug abuse. Police were called to a Sheetz store for a theft, where a man was seen using the self-checkout without scanning items and leaving without paying them. Police also found an outstanding warrant for the driver.
