The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office in Florida used a grappler device to apprehend a fleeing driver, 38-year-old Danny Wilson III, who had an out-of-county warrant related to unpaid child support. As police attempted to arrest Wilson, he spooked and sped away, leading to a brief chase that led to the use of the device. After a brief confrontation, Wilson was arrested and charged with eight counts of aggravated assault.
