Fayetteville teen arrested on first-degree murder charge in Graystone Drive party shooting

Fayetteville police have identified 17-year-old Justice Miller as the person responsible for a deadly shooting at a house party. He is being held without bond at the Cumberland County Detention Center. The incident occurred at the same time as the murder of 18-year old Harryson Anderson.
