A mother has been reunited with her two children, ages 3 and 1, after a car was stolen from her home in Fresno. The incident occurred around 11:05 a.m. The suspect, identified as Nathaniel Benavidez, was pulled from the car and is expected to face additional charges including kidnapping, vehicle theft, and a probation violation.
