Rep. Jim Jordan, the Republican chair of the House Judiciary Committee, has subpoenaed Arlington's top local prosecutor, Parisa Dehghani-Tafti, over her handling of the alleged doxing of White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller. The incident involved a 66-year-old retiree who allegedly posted flyers of Miller's face and his home address around his Arlington neighborhood on September 11. Both Jordan and Miller, along with Deghani, accused Dehagnani-tafti of impeding the case when she appeared to support Wien's defense in calling for limits on the search warrant. The appearance of political bias to influence an investigation involving a senior Trump administration official has raised significant federal concerns, according to a recent request by Jordan.
