Man Stabbed In North Jersey, Assailant Tried To Escape Cops, Officials Say

On May 5, a man was stabbed multiple times in the back, arm, and hand. The suspect, identified as Jacob Carom, is charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, escape, and possession of methamphetamine. If convicted, Carom could face up to 26 years in prison.
