Creative Interactive Entertainment company, CreateAI, CEO Cheng Lu, has stated that his company will always respect IP, copyrights, and the role of human artists in AI. His company recently opened Asia's largest motion capture studio, a 2,000-square-meter facility within the China Film Group Digital Film Production Base in Beijing, equipped with 130 Vicon VK26 optical cameras capable of sub-millimeter accuracy. The facility can accommodate large-scale action sequences involving 20 to 30 performers and scenes featuring large animals. Lu believes that AI-assisted production is already how people think about animation workflows. He also commented on the implications of Seedance 2.0 for AI-generated animation, suggesting that the technical challenges that existed before have improved.
