The Select Board of New Hampshire has voted to reverse a state policy that prevents the use of tools such as handcuffs, batons, and pepper spray. This decision has been criticized by the Tewksbury Police Department as being "negligorous". Police Chief Ryan Columbus is working with the Executive Office of Public Safety to review the policy.
