Erika Kirk and TPUSA’s Legal Threats Escalate With Fresh Cease-and-Desist Letter

Erika Kirk, the widow of late Charlie Kirk, has escalated her legal battle against far-right influencers, Project Constitution, and Turning Point USA (TPUSA), accusing them of defamation over statements alleging she was involved in her husband's murder and in sex trafficking tied to Jeffrey Epstein. The letter, signed by Paul Edgard Harold of SouthBank Legal, accuses Project Constitution's leader, Collin Scott Campbell, of using the Project Constitution X account to make false and defamatory statements about Erika Kirk. These include claims that she was part of the assassination of her husband, Charlie Kirk. Harold also criticizes Campbell for publishing false information about Kirk's involvement in child sex trafficking. Both parties deny these demands.
