Scattered severe thunderstorms were forecast for central to northeast Wisconsin on Tuesday evening, bringing torrential rain, large hail, wind gusts of up to 60 mph, and potential tornadoes. The weather caused roads to become inundated in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and a Flash Flood Warning was issued. The flooding is expected to impact small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses, and other poor drainage areas.
